Feb 3rd
First coaches organization meeting

March 9th
Coaches Meeting (hand in partial rosters of kids on their teams, we will assign kids to fill up roster)

March 10th

Signups end for 7U - 12U

March 25th
Coaches meeting (Hand out final rosters to coaches)

T-ball final day for sign-ups 4u - 6U

April 3rd
Chick-Fila Night & Coaches Meeting (Hand out final T-ball rosters, and give coaches the pre-season tournament schedule. Schedules will be posted on the web site on April 5 for those not at the fundraiser at Chick-Fila.

April 10th - 13th
Pre-Season EJRT Tournament (this tournament is used to seed teams in divisions that are within the age group. EXAMPLE: 8 teams in 10U we will divide into 2 divisions with 5 teams
each.)

April 21st
Season starts for 7U-12U

May 2nd - 4th
T-ball preseason tournament

May 5th
T-ball season starts 4U and 6U

13U-14U league & 15U-18U High School League will start after the conclusion of the school season. (You can be 18 or you have to be a current junior in high school or lower to participate in the the 18U league. NO CURRENT SENIORS)

June 30th
EJRT Season Ends
